Mindset United brings professional footballers into schools to lead real, energising sessions about growth mindset, setbacks and confidence.
Whether they’re playing for a club or moving into new careers, our speakers share honest stories pupils can relate to — and remember.
As a registered Community Interest Company (CIC), we exist to create long-term social impact — not profit. Every visit helps support young people, both in schools and in football.

We work with professional footballers — whether they’re playing, in between clubs, or transitioning out.

Mindset workshop
A high-energy, one-hour session designed to boost confidence, resilience, and self-belief — delivered by a professional footballer with a powerful personal story.
Pupils hear real experiences of setbacks and growth mindset, take part in a reflection task, and leave with a message that sticks.

We work with professional footballers from across the UK — some are signed to clubs, others are in between contracts or moving into new careers. All have real stories that pupils relate to.

A footballer delivers a high-energy talk about growth mindset, setbacks, and confidence. Pupils hear honest experiences, take part in Q&A, and complete a short personal reflection activity.

Mindset United sessions support PSHE, personal development, PE & Sport Premium, and careers education. We use real stories to spark meaningful conversations and long-term impact.

Each visit lasts around 75 - 90minutes, depending on your schedule. We can adapt to fit assemblies, form time, or enrichment days.

Some of our footballers hold up-to-date DBS checks. However, as they are professional players first, this isn’t a requirement for every speaker.
If a speaker doesn’t have a DBS, we’ll let you know in advance and ask that your school provides a staff chaperone for the session.

Right now, there’s limited support for young players when they’re released from professional clubs. Many are left to navigate the transition alone.

Our standard visit package is £995. This includes session delivery, planning support, safeguarding protocols, and optional impact reporting.
As a Community Interest Company (CIC), every booking helps fund long-term support for young people in and beyond football — including mentorship and paid opportunities for released players.
